This field contains a corporate or meeting name access point.
Territorial names alone, which are used as author access points, are considered corporate body names (field 210). Territorial names, which are followed by a corporate body subdivision and which are used as author access points or as subject access points, are also considered corporate body names. Territorial names alone or only with subject subdivisions as additions, which are used as subject access points, are considered territorial names (field 215).

The first indicator indicates whether the corporate body is a meeting (conference, symposium, etc.) or not. If the meeting is subordinated to the corporate body, specify it as a corporate name (see example 4).
The second indicator indicates the form or the type of entry of the corporate name.
Subfields x and z are described in the Subdivisions chapter, and subfields 7 and 9 in the Control subfields chapter.
The portion of the name used as the entry element in the access point that enables both search and sort within the catalogue. Subfield is mandatory.
The name of a lower level in a hierarchy when the name includes a hierarchy (see examples 1, 9) or the name of the corporate body which is subordinate to the governmental body (see examples 2, 7, 11). This subfield excludes additions to the name added by the cataloguer to distinguish it from other institutions of the same name (see examples c, g, h). Repeatable if there is more than one lower level in the hierarchy.
Any addition to the name of the corporate body added by the cataloguer, other than number, place and date of meeting (see examples 3, 4, 8, 9, 12).
The place where a meeting was held when it is required as part of the access point (see examples 4, 5, 10).
The date when a meeting was held when it is required as part of the access point (see examples 4, 5, 10).
The field contains the preferred form of a corporate body name formulated in accordance with the national descriptive cataloguing rules or subject system.
The subfields forming the base access point that identify the corporate body name are a, b, g and h.
The field is repeatable in the COBISS systems that require catalogues in different scripts.
