916x Note text

During the initial data conversion the following notes are entered in fields 916 automatically:

  • "Incorrect link to see reference heading in the bibliographic record <ID of the bibl. record>", if field 701 or 702 is incorrectly connected to field 901 or 902.

  • "There are more personal name forms in the bibliographic database for the researcher code", if there are more personal name forms in the bibliographic database in different 70X fields for one researcher code.

(During the initial data conversion the note was entered because there are more personal name forms in different 70X fields for one researcher code. In that case, the note probably signifies the different name forms of the same author.)

(During the initial data conversion the note was entered because there are more name forms in different 70X fields in the bibliographic database for one researcher code. In that case, something is wrong with the bibliographic record because the both name forms are quite different and they probably signify two different authors.)
